Punishment of the crime

1. On March 26, 2014, around 20:00, the Defendant entered a 'D' where the victim C works as the point of occupation in Ssung City B, and laid down a d'D, which was prepared in advance, into the paper plastic bag with a view to KRW 4,000,000 in the market price, and cut off and stolen the c's c'.

2. On March 27, 2014, around 20:30, at the same place as indicated in paragraph (1), the Defendant: (a) cut off 2 factorings with 4,00 won at the market price and 1,980 won at the same method; and (b) cut off 1,980 won at the market price.
