Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the user of two-wheeled Automobile B, VS125.

No person shall cover a motor vehicle registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, the Defendant was operated by the Defendant around May 20, 2017, around C, and around 302, Jung-gu, Seoul.

B, the back number plate of two-wheeled automobile was set up and fixed as plasticized so as to make it difficult to identify the registration number plate.
