Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No one shall distribute advertising materials which are media harmful to juveniles to places where the general public pass through.

Nevertheless, around September 29, 2016, the Defendant distributed a leaflet, which is a media harmful to juveniles, in which a photo of a half or female, is posted at a place where a large number of unspecified people pass by using a D car at the street in front of the Incheon Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu.
