The Defendant is a driver of the Category B of Launa car.

In spite of the fact that anyone cannot cover the registration number plate or make it illegible, the defendant, on September 9, 2015, was unable to identify the registration number plate by attaching a special pen to the front number plate of the above vehicle parked in the front of Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, Busan-do, on September 9, 2015.
