As seen earlier, around February 17, 201, the Company J and branch N, etc. purchased 2,342,497 shares of a newly-listed corporation in the KOSDAQ-listed corporation in the name of 11.17% of the total number of shares and sold 384,192 shares on February 18, 201, and owned 1,958,305 shares, and 9.34% of the total number of shares and thereafter changed by 1,958,305 shares and owned 9.34% of the total number of shares and thereafter, purchased 3,362,134 shares and 16.03% of the total number of shares and thereafter did not report to the Financial Services Commission and the Exchange on the change of the total number of shares by 505,497 shares and 505,497 shares on February 23, 2011.

Nevertheless, as seen in the table below, the Defendant purchased 2,343,497 shares of the New Telecommunication Co., Ltd. in the name of the wifeJ and held 1.17% of the total number of shares, and held 4.34% of the total number of shares on February 22, 2011, and thus, the Defendant held 4.34% of the total number of shares.
