1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. Defendant School Foundation C (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) is a school foundation that establishes and operates D University, E University, etc., and Defendant B is the head of G in the F Medical Center operated by Defendant Corporation (hereinafter “instant Medical Center”).

On June 1, 1994 through June 30, 1998, the organization of the 1st 2nd 1994 to the 3nd 1st 2nd 2nd 1998, to the 4nd 1st 2nd 1st 1998 to the 1st 7th 1998, to the 1st 2nd 3th 1st 1998 to the 3th 15th 2nd 1999, the 1st 2nd 3th 1st 2nd 2nd 2nd 10 to 3th 10th 2nd 3th 1999, the 1st 2nd 2nd 20th 1st 2nd 3th 2nd 20 to 3th 20th 199 to the 1st 2nd 3th 195th 1st 20th 2nd 199.

B. On June 1, 1994, the Plaintiff is a worker who was employed and worked for the Medical Center of this case, and was assigned 10 times in total as follows from the date of entry to December 31, 2014 following the issuance of personnel management by the Defendant Corporation.

C. On January 1, 2015, the Plaintiff was transferred to G of the instant medical center upon a personnel order issued on January 1, 2015, and was temporarily dismissed on the grounds of a disease from January 14, 2015 to February 11, 2015, and was reinstated on February 12, 2015.

On January 15, 2015, Defendant B requested the personnel management action against the Plaintiff on the ground that the problem of the Plaintiff’s ability to work is serious, making it impossible to work and obstructing other members’ work.

E. As of March 1, 2015, the Defendant Company issued an order of dismissal from position and personnel welfare team against the Plaintiff.
