1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred thousand won;

2. Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information.

A person subject to registration of personal information shall submit a written report of change within 20 days from the date on which a ground for change of personal information arises.

On November 11, 2015, the Defendant purchased low-priced other vehicles B, and submitted a written request for the change of personal information by December 2, 2015. However, the Defendant violated it by submitting a written request for change on December 25, 2015.
