A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 31, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc. by the Seoul Eastern District Court on April 17, 2013.

Criminal facts

1. On April 30, 2013, at around 22:45, the Defendant sought complaints against the charges of obstruction of performance of official duties on the “D Zone” located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and obstructed the legitimate execution of official duties by a police officer, such as: (a) the victim E (55) who was a police officer in the military at the time, who was a police officer in the military; (b) whether he/she was a responsible manager; (c) made his/her inside the military; and (d) caused his/her suicide to be cut off; and (d) he/she made his/her death to the police officer, by threatening-gu, Seoul; and (d) continuously laying down the floor on the floor of Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, 20-30 minutes or more; and (d) he/she interfered with the legitimate performance of official duties by a police officer, such as making a report on his/her call to the police officer.

2. Definating;

A. At around 18:00 on April 21, 2013, the Defendant found the “D District” as the “D District,” and deemed that he was detained by police officers for the obstruction of performance of official duties, and 10 months of imprisonment. The Defendant publicly insultingd the victim F, a police officer working in the Republic of Korea, for about 30 minutes prior to viewing that two police officers, including G, etc., who were police officers, were in the Republic of Korea.
