Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 900,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the president of the "D Housing Redevelopment Project Association", and Defendant B is the general secretary of the above partnership.

1. An executive officer of an association whose minutes are not disclosed shall make the minutes of the general meeting of the association or the board of representatives concerning the implementation of an improvement project open to the public in parallel with the Internet within 15 days after such minutes are prepared or amended so that the members, land, etc. or tenants can know them;

Nevertheless, the Defendants jointly did not disclose within 15 days the minutes of the meeting of the Self-Governing Council on November 9, 2013, the minutes of the Self-Governing Council on March 21, 2014, the minutes of the Self-Governing Council on April 16, 2015, the minutes of the meeting of representatives on May 26, 2016, respectively.

2. An executive officer of the cooperative who fails to comply with a request for perusal or reproduction shall comply with such request within 15 days, where he/she has requested perusal or reproduction of documents and related data on the implementation of the rearrangement project by members of the cooperative, landowners, etc

Nevertheless, on May 26, 2016, the Defendants requested perusal or reproduction of the owner of land, etc., the list of association members, the stenographic records of the association general meeting (a private copy) from the owner of land, etc. at the 401 partnership office of the Jung-gu Daejeon E Building, from the F, from the owner of the D land, etc. on May 26, 2016. On June 14, 2016, the Defendants requested perusal or reproduction of the minutes of the council of representatives, the list of members, and the list of participants, and requested perusal or reproduction of the relevant materials, such as the stenographic records of the general meeting of management and disposal plans (a private copy) and the list of participants from the I of the members of the association on June 16, 2016, the Defendants did not comply with the request within 15 days, respectively.
