Nevertheless, the Defendant did not comply with the said request within 15 days, even though he/she received a copy of the “detailed statement of bid bond” from E, a partner, from the above partnership office located in D/4 stories around December 24, 2014, from the head of C-Housing Reconstruction Improvement Project Association (hereinafter “instant partnership”).

2. Determination

(a) Article 81 (Disclosure, Preservation, etc. of Related Data) (1) The chairperson of a promotion committee or a project implementer (in cases of a cooperative, referring to its representative, if the owner independently implements the project, such as the executives of the cooperative, the land for the urban environment improvement project, etc.) shall simultaneously disclose the following documents and related data concerning the implementation of the rearrangement project, within 15 days from the date on which such documents and data are prepared or modified, and the Internet and other methods are made available to its members, landowners, or tenants:

(6) Where a person who owns a cooperative member, land, etc. requests perusal or reproduction of documents and related data including the documents referred to in paragraph (1) and the following documents and data, the chairperson of the promotion committee or the project implementer shall comply with such request within 15 days:

In such cases, the requester shall bear the expenses incurred in duplication within the extent of actual expenses.
