Punishment of the crime

1. On July 12, 2012, the Defendant, around 04:40 on July 12, 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered the victim E (the age of 43) who was under the influence of alcohol within the “Dcafeteria” located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul; (b) took a bath for the victim without a clear reason; (c) collected beer soldiers on the table; and (d) abused beer’s faces on the victim’s face; and (c) assaulted the victim by putting the victim’s head debt with his/her hand.

The Defendant, around September 16, 2012, 2013, 2015, on the thief on the thief, on the 22:23th day of September 2012, 2012, at a eart store near Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with a single half-frame at the market value equivalent to 300,000 won for men, which includes 5,00 won in cash, the victim F, credit card No. 4, and one driver’s license.
