Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaging in driving service of 125cc Oral c.

On June 4, 2012, the Defendant, without obtaining a motorcycle driver's license around 18:50 on June 4, 2012, 0.339% of alcohol level, was under the influence of alcohol level of 0.339% in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Yongsan-gu, 260-10.

At the same time, a passenger car owned by the victim B and Ebeber owned by the victim D was a stop. In such a case, there was a duty of care to safely proceed by accurately manipulating the steering gear and reducing speed.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant received back parts of the sea area owned by the victim B and damaged the repair cost to the extent that it is equivalent to 1.1 million won due to the negligence of Defendant’s driving while neglecting it, and then damaged the repair cost by taking back the rear parts of the part owned by the victim D, and then damaged the repair cost to the extent that it is equivalent to 2.50 thousand won.

2. Around June 18:50 on June 4, 2012, the Defendant driven without registration under the influence of 0.339% of alcohol level 0.339% without a driver’s license from the front side of polytex University located in 19, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul to the accident site described in the foregoing paragraph 1.

3. Although the Defendant was prohibited from operating a motor vehicle on the road which is not covered by mandatory insurance in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, the Defendant operated a non-registration 125cc c obs without mandatory insurance at the date and time and place mentioned in the foregoing 1.
