1. The Plaintiff:
A. As to Defendant B Company 1,565,304,814 and its KRW 500,000,000 among them, Defendant B Company 1,565,304,814.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. Status 1 of the parties concerned) The Plaintiff is Kim Jong-si A apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”).
(2) The Defendant B Co., Ltd. B. On January 22, 2015, Defendant B entered into a contract for the repair of defects and approval for the use thereof. Defendant B entered into a contract for the repair of defects with the content of the following, which guarantees the performance of the obligation for the repair of defects regarding the instant apartment in the instant apartment in the authority for usage inspection, between the Defendant Corporation and the Kim Jong- market, and the guarantee of the performance of the obligation for the repair of defects:
