A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized 4.97g (No. 2016 Gohap 212) shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, around June 10, 2015, the Defendant proposed to the effect that “I will receive and deliver to E access media, such as express bus freight or passbook, which is delivered through Kwikset service,” and that “I will give to 10-150,000 won per day in return for the receipt of the above access media” in the vicinity of the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City D Station, thereby obtaining consent from E, and that I will receive or lend the access media such as check cards and security cards connected to the bank account to people via the Internet, etc., so I will send it through high-speed bus freight or Kwikset service article, and E will receive the above access media and instruct the Defendant or the Defendant.
