The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the gist of the grounds of appeal is too unreasonable.

2. In full view of the following facts: (a) all of the sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of the instant judgment and the crime of the instant case, by forging a Korean passport, departure inspection stamp, etc., thereby obstructing the entry and departure control of the country; and (b) the degree of the crime is not somewhat weak, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

3. Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act, since the defendant's appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
