All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable that each punishment against the Defendants of the lower court is too unreasonable.

2. In full view of the overall sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of the instant case, and the fact that the instant crime was committed on a planned and organized basis with many unspecified persons, and that the victims’ damages have not been recovered, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable.

3. Therefore, the Defendants’ appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364(4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the grounds that the Defendants’ appeal is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
