Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 28, 2012, at around 19:30, the Defendant discovered that the victim D (the age of 53) brought plastics in front of the toilets of the first floor of a multi-household house located in Geumcheon-gu, Busan (hereinafter referred to as the “multi-household house”) with waste dry batteries owned by the Defendant in order to throw the waste dry batteries into the plastic wing box, and used the victim’s hand by cutting the plastic knick, knifeing the knife and cutting the knife.
