피고인은 일명 ‘보이스피싱’ 전화금융사기 조직원인 성명불상자들과 순차 공모하여, 성명불상의 보이스피싱 조직원은 불특정 다수인에게 전화를 걸어 경찰청을 사칭하면서 ‘피해자의 신상정보가 노출되었으니 돈을 모두 인출하여 전자레인지 안에 넣어두어라’고 속이고, 피고인은 휴대폰 어플리케이션 ‘위쳇’을 통해 위 성명불상자의 지시를 받아 피해자의 주거지 내에 있는 피해자의 돈을 가지고 와 다른 보이스피싱 조직원에게 전달하는 역할을 하기로 공모하였다.

The Defendant, at around 13:52 on the same day, was in front of the above victim’s residence, resulting in the gap between the victim and the victim’s out of his/her residence, resulting in theft of a certified plastic paper paper containing KRW 20 million in cash owned by the victim and a certified plastic paper containing KRW 20 million.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the property owned by the victim by intrusion upon the victim's residence in collusion with the victim's weak name.
