A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the vice head of the "OOOO" in Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government and the head of the Dongwon Support Team, and the victim C(29 years of age) worked as the above company's management support team members and the victim D(31 years of age) members.
1. Crimes against victims C;
A. On September 3, 2019, around 22:00, the Defendant: (a) completed a meeting and was waiting for a proxy article before “F” located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E; and (b) took the victim’s head on his/her hand with a double hand while waiting for a proxy article.
B. On October 22, 2019, around 18:00 on October 22, 2019, the Defendant: (a) was a place where the victim was born on the rooftop of the above company, and was a place where the victim would live together; (b) displayed the rooftop; and (c) was lowered to three floors thereafter, the Defendant saw the victim’s thirth hand to turn on the victim’s thirth hand.
