1. The defendant shall set out the real estate listed in the annexed Table 1 No. 1 against the plaintiff A, and attached Table 1 No. 2 against the plaintiff B corporation.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The plaintiffs are co-owners of each real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 1 (hereinafter referred to as "each of the instant commercial buildings") located on the second floor of the K ground business facilities and the aggregate building (L) in Kimpo-si. The plaintiffs were to lease each of the instant commercial buildings to operate M, which is a company engaged in decination, etc. at the same time, and to the period from January 5, 2017 to January 4, 2024. The plaintiffs A determined the lease deposit amount of KRW 20 million, monthly rent of KRW 28.6 million (including value-added tax; hereinafter the same shall apply), KRW 35 million, monthly rent of KRW 6.6 million, KRW 14 million, KRW 2.3 million, KRW 253 million, KRW 25 million, KRW 300,000, KRW 14.3 million, KRW 100,000, KRW 200, KRW 1300, KRW 214,2000, KRW 21300, KRW 100.

(hereinafter “each of the instant lease agreements”). (b)

As of May 5, 2019, the Defendant’s delayed payment of rent to the Plaintiffs. As of May 5, 2019, the Defendant’s delayed payment amount to KRW A21,164,00, KRW 68640, KRW 18,722,00, KRW 11,08,000, Plaintiff D, E, and KRW 11,08,000,000, KRW 36,036,00, KRW 17,094,00, KRW 15,059,00, KRW 17,094,00, and KRW 17,094,00.

Accordingly, the Plaintiffs terminated each of the instant lease agreements on the grounds that the Defendant was in arrears with three or more occasions (the service date of the instant complaint on May 8, 2019).

C. The plaintiffs appropriated each lease deposit paid by the defendant to the above amount of delay of rent. The amount of delay of rent as of May 5, 2019 against the plaintiffs remaining after the above appropriation is as stated in the column for delay of rent of attached Table 1.

The defendant currently continues to operate M business, and each of the instant cases.
