1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 34,583,620 to Plaintiff A; and (b) KRW 52,170,220 to Plaintiff B; and each of them, from June 24, 2016 to February 2017.
Reasons
The Plaintiffs entered into an agreement with the Defendant on October 8, 2015 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) as follows.

A shall lease No. 502 and 503 of the fifth floor of the building Kimhae-si to the Defendant KRW 40 million, monthly rent of KRW 3150,000.

B The 401, 402 of the above D Building No. 402 shall be leased to the Defendant KRW 60,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 4850,000.
The Defendant is responsible for reporting the closure of a medical institution established by E, a lessee foundation, prior to the above No. 401, 402, 501, and 502 (hereinafter “instant real estate”).
The Defendant shall pay the monthly rent from the date of receiving the instant real estate to the Plaintiffs.
On October 8, 2015, the Defendant paid to the Plaintiffs KRW 2.5 million each of the down payment of the down payment of the lease deposit, KRW 2.5 million each of the remainder of the down payment of the lease deposit on October 13, 2015, and KRW 8 million each of the remainder of the lease deposit to Plaintiff A and KRW 12 million each of the remainder of the lease deposit to Plaintiff B.
The Plaintiffs handed over the instant real estate to the Defendant on January 11, 2016.
The Plaintiffs, on February 11, 2016, paid the balance of the lease deposit and monthly rent when only the Defendant reported the closure of the medical institution established by the former lessee of the instant real estate, and had the former lessee, instead of the Defendant, provide the former lessee with the agreed amount of KRW 50 million and reported the closure of the medical institution.
The defendant did not open the hospital, but did not pay the balance of the lease deposit, monthly rent, and management expenses.
On May 18, 2016, the Plaintiffs terminated the instant lease agreement on the grounds of the balance of the lease deposit and the unpaid monthly rent, and the notification of this termination reached the Defendant around that time.
From the delivery date of the instant real estate to the termination date of the instant lease agreement, the management expenses under Articles 502 and 503 above, 1,783,620 won, and the management expenses under Articles 401 and 402 above, 2,470,220 won, and the Defendant of the instant real estate.
