Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A was sentenced to six months of imprisonment on July 13, 2012 at the Sungwon District Court's Sung-nam branch on June 15, 2012 due to a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (collective, deadly weapons, etc.). The above judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2012.
1.
