Punishment of the crime

On December 28, 2013, around 07:40 on December 28, 2013, the Defendant was asked to move a taxi to C, a street cleaners belonging to the Gwanak-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City Office, while stopping in order to obstruct traffic, and reported it to the 112 reporting center.

The Defendant, upon receiving a report, insultingd the victim D, who is a police officer belonging to the Seoul Mak Police Station, who is a police officer assigned to the Seoul Mak Police Station, expressed that “I am fech fech, fech fech fech fech, dead,” and openly insulting the victim.
