A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On October 19, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Incheon District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.

【Criminal Facts】

1. On October 14, 2012, the Defendant of an unlawful use of air defense, and an unlawful use air defense event discovered Dice A car left adjacent to the C company located adjacent to the Incheon Cheongjin-gun, Incheon, at around 14:30 on October 12, 2012. The Defendant arbitrarily removed the registration license plate from the front and rear registration license plate in his/her own way to use it, and operated the said time car at the places specified in paragraph (3) below.

Accordingly, the defendant used the marks of public offices for the purpose of exercising them, and exercised the air signs illegally used.

2. Automobile Management Act;

(a) No person who dismantles a registration number plate shall arbitrarily detached the registration number plate and its seal except where permission is obtained from the Mayor/Do Governor;

Nevertheless, the Defendant arbitrarily removed the registration number plate and the seal of the car as described in the above 1.1.

(b) No person who illegally uses a registration number plate shall forge, alter, or unlawfully use it;

Nevertheless, as described in the above 1. paragraph, the Defendant used the registration number plate unlawfully by attaching and operating the Atop car license plate to the Atop car at the above time zone.

3. On May 10, 2013, at around 11:58, the Defendant driven an automobile of the said Singu, under the influence of alcohol content of about 4km from the section of about 0.213% of alcohol content to the front road of the Jingu-gun, Incheon Cheongpo-gun, to the white village village council located in the same area.
