A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 18:30 on February 1, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft by opening a door of a motor vehicle not locked and driving a motor vehicle with a smart key inside, and driving the motor vehicle at a city with a smart key, which is located inside, the victim D, who was parked in the parking lot for the on-site accommodation C located in Nam-si, Namwon-si; (b) 23,500,000 won at the market price, which is owned by the victim D; (c)

2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) without obtaining a temporary driving license as stated in the above 1.1., driving the said E-turned vehicle from the above parking lot to the road located in Sungnam-gu, Manam-si.

3. Larceny, violation of the Automobile Management Act, unlawful use of air protection, and unlawful use of air protection;

A. On February 4, 2013, at around 22:00, the Defendant removed seals from the victim HH LV car parked on the front road of Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, using the tools prepared in advance, and removed one registration license plate from the front and rear front of the said car and stolen it.

The registration license plate was removed in front and rear of the E-WW vehicle at the time and time stated in the port, and the registration license plate was installed voluntarily for the purpose of exercising the front and rear registration license plate of the HH LH car, as above, and was used unlawfully by driving the e-car with the H registration license plate attached at Seoul and Sungnam-siwon around that time.

4. On February 14, 2013, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (free license) driving of the said E-car to the front road of the Haak-dong 713 Dong-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-gu, Seoul, without obtaining a driver’s license on February 14, 2013.
