Defendant
A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for five months.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A
A. On August 15, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) driving C cargo vehicles with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.117% under the influence of alcohol around 09:30 on August 15, 2014, and led C truck to the Incheon Sea from the water source to the water surface in front of 2909.
At the time, there was a vehicle waiting in front of the defendant's vehicle, so that the defendant engaged in driving of the motor vehicle had a duty of care to see the front side and accurately manipulate the steering and brakes so as to prevent the accident from occurring.
Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, failed to accurately operate the brake system due to negligence in which the driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and caused the damage of the victim D(60 years old) who was in the signal atmosphere to take the back of the Esch Rexroth car as the front part of the Defendant’s vehicle, and due to the shock, caused the said MM3 car driven by the victim FF(45 years old), and the said SM3 car was driven by the victim H(50 years old), respectively.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim D(60), the victim J(45), the victim K(48), the victim F(45), and the victim H(5) due to the above occupational negligence, respectively, for approximately two weeks of medical treatment. In short, the Defendant suffered injury, such as chills, tensions, etc.
B. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (LA) was driven by the Defendant on the part of about 5 km from the roads near a cafeteria in the luminous name six km to the Sinscisian road in front of 2909, under the influence of alcohol 0.117% of the blood alcohol concentration at the temporary border of paragraph (1) of Article 1.
2. Defendant B: (a) around 09:30 on August 15, 2014, without obtaining the driver’s license for a motor vehicle, around 3 km from the road in which Silung-si moved to Silung-si, to the road in front of 2909.
