1. On December 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) demanded a list of the victims, who were under the influence of alcohol within the “E amusement center for the victim D’s operation” in the Gangwon-do Yangyang-gun C on December 15, 2016; and (b) demanded the list to be subject to the credit rating of another person.

Although the victim refused it and demanded the victim to leave the main place, the defendant did not comply with it for about one hour until the police officer dispatched after receiving a report from the victim around 01:15 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant did not comply with the demand of the victim to leave without justifiable reasons.

2. On December 15, 2016, the Defendant: (a) found in the “G” Garan, an employee of the Defendant, at the place where he/she was engaged in 20:55 on December 15, 2016; and (b) provided that “The victim H, an employee of the place where he/she was engaged, shall have a great number of rooms for the first time after 20 minutes; and (c) ordered a beer and singing in the first place where he/she was directed, and then 20 minutes of the promised in which he/she was placed with a beer and singing.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.

3. On December 17, 2016, the Defendant, despite having no intention or ability to pay the food value in the “J” restaurant located in the Ganyangyang-gun of Gangwon-gun, the Defendant ordered the victim K, a business owner, to pay the food value as if he would normally pay the food value, and ordered the victim K, a business owner, to pay the food value as if he would normally be paid the food value of KRW 51,00,000 at the market price.
