Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a creditor who has borrowed money from the victim C (or 55 years old)'s spouse D.

Around 11:50 on February 16, 2018, the Defendant threatened the victim with “D knife with knife” while putting the transition (24 cm in total, 13 cm in length) which is a dangerous object under the influence of alcohol, and finding the wife of D apartment E at 307 dong 209, Daegu Western-gu, Daegu East-gu, with “D knife with D knife,” while putting the above excessive amount, and putting the victim in a remote area adjacent to the toilet at the same time, with a knife on one occasion, and threatening the victim “nife knife with D knife with knife in the face of the toilet.”
