A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On July 14, 2016, at around 22:30, the Defendant: (a) carried out a physical fighting on the front of the D convenience store located in Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, on the ground that the victim E (57 cm) would make a speech to ignore himself; (b) the Defendant left the left-hand side of the victim’s left-hand side of the knife, which is a dangerous article in possession of the remainder of the interested household (13.5 cm in total length and 6.5 cm in length of the knife).
