1. The Defendant: KRW 6,790,00, Plaintiff B, C, and D respectively; KRW 4,526,66, and Plaintiff E; KRW 14,258,99; and Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
가. 일제강점기에 작성된 토지조사부에 경기도 파주군 H 답 996평, I 답 456평, J 답 313평, K 답 1,470평(이하 ‘이 사건 분할 전 토지들’이라 한다)을 경성부 서부 인달방 야주현(京城府 西部 仁達坊 夜珠峴)에 주소를 둔 L이 사정받은 것으로 기재되어 있다.

As to the land No. 1 of this case, the registration of ownership preservation under the name of the Republic of Korea on July 23, 1996, and on the land No. 2 of this case on January 8, 1998, on the land No. 3 of this case, on December 27, 1995, on the land No. 6 of this case, the registration of ownership transfer under the name of the Republic of Korea on August 8, 1983, on the land No. 4 and 5 of this case was completed on June 4, 1996, respectively.
Each land of this case is located within the river section of S (current name: T) designated as a national river by the "the name of a river under Article 2 of the River Act and the case of the designation of a section" which was enacted on April 1, 1963 by the Cabinet Ordinance No. 1255, and the time of actual incorporation of each land of this case into a T river area cannot be accurately known, but it is stated that each land of this case is incorporated into a T river area on the river register prepared on December 1, 1986, and is also incorporated into a T river area.
