A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On December 12, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months in the Incheon District Court to imprisonment for a crime of larceny at night, etc., and the execution of the sentence was completed on November 9, 2015 in the ignsung Vocational Training Correctional Institutions. On May 3, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 10 months of imprisonment for larceny in the Changwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s Tong District Court’s Tong Young-gu Branch’s prison branch, and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 11, 2016.

1. At night, on January 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) confirmed that the victim C’s residence (n, 23 years of age) was in Bteltel in Nam-gu Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (b) infringed an inner bank through the entrance door; and (c) stolen the victim’s market price in an amount equivalent to KRW 1,500,000 on the part of the victim’s ownership.

2. From January 22, 2016 to 15:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a kitchen window in the south-gu Incheon E-gu, Incheon, the residence of the victim D (31 years of age) and did not have been corrected from 203; and (b) invaded the inside of the kitchen; and (c) opened a kitchen window in the shape of 24 K mbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbbing; and (3000,000,000.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victims' residence and stolen the victims' property.
