1. Defendants A and D shall be punished by imprisonment for six months, and by imprisonment for eight months, respectively.

1. Defendant A’s relation to Qua

2. As to Defendant B and C’s joint criminal conduct

A. The Defendants were willing to purchase the Defendant’s horses owned by the Defendant B under the name of the Defendant C designated as the producer by using the support of 50% of the premium in the event that a person designated as a producer from the Korean Racing Association purchases the livestock disaster insurance.
