Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a “E” stock farm in Jeju City D (hereinafter referred to as “instant stock farm”).

A. A person violating the Animal Protection Act shall not inflict an injury on an animal without justifiable grounds, such as necessity for veterinary treatment or harm, etc. to the life, body, or property of a person due to an animal. A.
