1) On April 20, 2006, LH Corporation, a joint implementer of the development project of the instant case, carried out an international public invitation for attracting foreign capital on April 20, 2006. On November 20, 2007, LH Corporation entered into an agreement with a large number of construction companies, such as pantyaea Capital Management and Poco Construction Co., Ltd., and Cheongbuland consortiums in which financial institutions participated.

On the other hand, on January 17, 2008, the project financing investment company (PFV), the project financing company for the international business development project, was established, and LH entered into a sale and purchase contract with the Cheongra International Business Partnership on February 20, 2008.
