Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a radar car.

On October 24, 2017, the Defendant driven the above car at a speed of 21:30, and driven the road of 4 lanes (including the exclusive bus lanes) in front of the D Hospital located in Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, in Eunpyeong-gu, along a speed of two lanes at an aesthetic speed in the direction of the opening of the string in the city from the long-distance distance from the front of the city.

Since the location is an intersection where a signal, etc. is installed, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by safely driving the vehicle in accordance with the traffic signals by reducing speed and keeping the front door well.
