Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. B-related crimes;

A. On August 31, 2013, the Defendant committed the crime: (a) around August 31, 2013, at the Defendant’s home located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, and (b) around August 31, 2013, filed an application for joining the Internet combined goods under the name of D with the intent of causing damage to the management of B’s affairs by telephoneing off B; (b) had the employees enter the Internet combined goods under the name of D with “D”, “E”, and “E” into the customer name column, “F3 stories in Busan-gu, Busan-gu,” and exercised it.

Accordingly, the defendant forged another person's prior records and exercised them.

B. On September 2, 2013, around September 14:0, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document 1, and the uttering of the above investigation document, at the Defendant’s home located in Busan Southern-gu, Busan-gu, on September 2, 2013, the Defendant forged a copy of the “service contract and work confirmation document” in the name of D, which is a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising a signature on the applicant column, stating “D” in the column of the date of application among the “a service use contract and work confirmation certificate” possessed by the B employee, and used it as if it was duly concluded with the said employee.

Accordingly, the defendant forged and used private documents of others.

2) The Defendant, at the same time, at the same time and place as the above-mentioned B-1, by deceiving employees of the above victim B in the manner described in the above-mentioned B-1, joined the Internet combined goods under D’s name, and received cash equivalent to KRW 300,000 from the victim as a stolen goods, and did not pay KRW 620,91 as the Internet usage money.

Accordingly, the defendant, by deceiving the victim, received property and acquired property benefits.

2. On September 24, 2013, around September 24, 2013, the Defendant was the head of the Defendant’s office located in Busan Nam-gu, Busan.
