Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 9, 2018, the Defendant: (a) under the influence of alcohol in front of the emergency direction room of the National Health Insurance Corporation C Hospital C Hospital located in Yongsan-gu, U.S., U.S. on February 20, 2018; (b) obstructed the disturbance from the victim D (23 tax) who is a security personnel by avoiding the disturbance; (c) assaulted the victim by taking the front part of the victim’s face one time with his/her left hand and walking the bridge with his/her blue face.
