1. As to the Plaintiff KRW 216,00,000 and KRW 60,000 among them, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 56,00,000 from September 27, 2015.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Defendant is a promissory note which is the issue date and the addressee’s blank space, face value of KRW 60,000,000, and the due date of September 27, 2015, Gwangju Metropolitan City of the place of payment, Gwangju Metropolitan City of the place of payment, and the place of payment (hereinafter “instant promissory note”).

(2) Around July 2015, the Plaintiff issued and delivered the Promissory Notes to C as a collateral for the payment of feed, and thereafter, upon the Plaintiff’s payment of feed to C on July 27, 2015, the Plaintiff returned the Promissory Notes to D by means of endorsement and transfer to D, the Plaintiff’s husband, and D again delivered the said Promissory Notes to the Plaintiff on July 2015.

3) The Plaintiff listens to the lawsuit that the per share sheet issued by the Defendant issued was not paid due to the suspension of transaction, and presented a payment to the Jeonnam Business Headquarters of the Fisheries Cooperatives, the place of payment on September 17, 2015, but the Plaintiff was refusing payment on the ground of non-transaction, and the Plaintiff is currently holding the Promissory Notes. (B) The Defendant issued the per share sheet per bearer shares (hereinafter “instant one share sheet”) on August 17, 2015, the issue date of which was 56,00,000, the face value of which was 56,00,000,000, the issuance date of which was 56,00,000,000, the issuance date of which was 56,000,000, Gwangju Metropolitan City, the place of issuance, and the Korea Fisheries Cooperatives Association in the area of payment.

2) On October 2, 2015, the Plaintiff presented the first unit number table at the payment place, but was rejected on the ground of non-transaction, and the Plaintiff currently holds the said unit number table. (C) On October 24, 2015, the Defendant issued the second unit number table (hereinafter “instant second unit number table”) indicated as the date of issuance on October 24, 2015, par value of KRW 100,000,000, face value of KRW 100,000, issuer, the Defendant, Gwangju Metropolitan City with the place of issuance, Gwangju Metropolitan City with the place of payment, and Gwangju Bank’s business division.

2. On October 30, 2015, the Plaintiff presented the check of the unit number of the instant case at the place of payment, but was rejected on the ground of non-transaction, and the Plaintiff currently holds the said check of unit number.
