The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. At around 05:30 on April 25, 2018, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by openly referring to the victim in front of Mapo-gu Seoul, as a c and drinking measurement issue, the Defendant, at the time of a dispute, to three crucing of the Defendant, five crucing police officers, five crucing police officers, and one crucing another citizen, in front of the victim, at the time of the Defendant’s crucing of the Defendant’s cruction in front of Mapo-gu, Seoul.

2. Determination

(a) Matters subject to prosecution upon complaint: Articles 311 and 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;

B. After the prosecution of this case, the victim expressed his intention not to punish the defendant.

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act;
