On October 24, 2013, at around 22:35, the Defendant driven a vehicle with approximately 5 km from the street in front of the Daegu-ro Hospital located in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to the 911-2 Lee Dong-dong Hospital, Yangcheon-gu, Seoul, as the above vehicle, in the state of drinking alcohol concentration of 0.079%.
