1. On March 27, 2019, the Defendant filed a claim for revocation of the dismissal disposition against the Plaintiff and the Intervenor joining the Defendant.
Reasons
1. Details of decision on the examination of the petition;
A. The Plaintiff’s appointment process 1) On March 1, 2013, the Plaintiff is the Intervenor joining the Defendant (hereinafter “ Intervenor”).
(1) Although the Plaintiff’s resignation (Evidence 48) was written on January 20, 2018, and was promoted as an associate professor on March 1, 2018, and on February 12, 2018, the appeal review decision (Evidence A 44) specified as “from March 1, 2016 to January 30, 2018,” the written resolution (Evidence A 1) and the Plaintiff’s assertion are recognized as being relevant. However, according to the letter of resignation (Evidence 48), the Plaintiff prepared a resignation letter to resign from the position of the Head of the Educational Affairs Support Office on January 20, 2018, the date on which the said letter of resignation is accepted is unclear.
