1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of three hundred thousand won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 10,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 3, 2013, the Defendant, around 17:27, 2013, hereinafter “2014 High 475, the Defendant: (a) boarded in C-si operated by the victim B without any intent or ability to pay taxi charges in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul; and (b) did not pay KRW 23,360,00 to D-si, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, the destination of which was destination; and (c) acquired the same amount of pecuniary benefits.

On September 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 15:53 on September 26, 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (b) boarded F personal taxi driven by the victim E in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon; and (c) “No means would have any way to go back to the house because he/she had no money at the present time when he/she died in the male south; (d) he/she arrived at the house of Sungnam-si; and (e) he/she left the house and left the taxi with the taxi expenses. Therefore, the Defendant said that she would go up to the 10-dong Da apartment complex up to 10-dong Do.”

However, at the time, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay taxi costs.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, did not pay KRW 50,400,00, thereby acquiring the same amount of pecuniary benefits.
