Defendants shall be punished by a fine of one million won.

If the Defendants did not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The driver of a motor vehicle B, etc. shall not threaten or endanger any other person or cause danger to traffic by consecutively committing two or more acts in violation of prohibition, or by continuing or repeatedly committing one act;

At around 13:50 on October 23, 2016, the Defendant was driving a FF U.S. Cuber car and turn to the left at the shooting distance of the party branch located in the area of the branch of the branch of the Gyeonggi-nam-si, the Defendant: (a) 2 times string the border on the ground that the G cuber car driven by A interfered with the right-hand and course on the opposite lane; (b) string the said cuber car; (c) string the above cuber car; and (d) continuously sounding the horn by continuously soundinging the horn; and (d) even if there is a concern that it might interfere with the normal traffic of other vehicles, the Defendant committed an act of violating the prohibition on change of course, thereby causing danger to traffic.

2. Defendant A threatened the victim in the manner that the victim B(29 years of age) turns away and takes a bath around the road near the 43-school area of the branch of the Gyeonggi-nam-si, and the victim B(29 years of age), as described in paragraph 1, and the victim’s vehicle was sealed on the right side, as indicated in paragraph 1.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using dangerous things.
