Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.
If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a knife car.
No driver of any motor vehicle shall threaten or endanger any other person, or cause any danger to traffic, by consecutively committing two or more acts from among the acts of violating signal or instruction as prescribed in Article 46-3 of the Road Traffic Act, violation of speed, violation of prohibition of change of course, violation of prohibition of passing, overtaking method, violation of prohibition of interference with passing, etc., or by continuing or repeatedly committing one act.
Nevertheless, on April 22, 2019, the Defendant driven the above car on the right side of Kimpo-si and moved to the right side of the road from Kimpo-si in order to turn to the right side of the change from Kimpo-si to Kimpo-si, without turning the direction, etc. from the two-lane to the right side of the road, and changed to the one-lane of the C driver's DF vehicle from the latter side of the same lane on the ground that the CF vehicle turns to the upper side of the two-lane and tried to move to the right line while driving to the upper side of E, while moving to the three-lane course due to the vehicle parked on the right side of the front side, the Defendant interfered with the course of the above FF vehicle immediately after moving to the left side of the above PF vehicle, and then changed to the two-lane by making the way of the above FF vehicle turn to the right side of the road.
Accordingly, the defendant threatened or threatened the above C with danger and injury and caused traffic danger.
