Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. On March 14, 2011, the Defendant falsely stated that “The victim E (if there are children, the 43 years of age, and South) will move a vehicle under the victim’s name because the government subsidy of the son would not have been available, and will not create a problem due to the principal installment or vehicle to have the vehicle lent as security.”

However, even if the defendant moves a vehicle under the name of the victim and takes a loan as a security, he/she did not have the intent or ability to pay the installment due to the existence of a debt exceeding 90 million won in bank notes and bonds.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, moved 1 TG (F) under the name of the victim, and obtained loans from 25.5 million won from the high-speed finance company 2,5.5 million won in our society with the above vehicle as security.

B. On March 15, 2011, the Defendant concluded that “A victim E is required to purchase a vehicle in the name of the victim as the vehicle is needed, and the principal would pay the installment and maintain it not to be considered an absolute damage.”

However, the defendant had no intention or ability to pay the purchase price due to the existence of a debt exceeding 90 million won in bank notes and bonds even if he purchases a vehicle in installments in the name of the victim as above.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, as seen above, purchased Samsung SM7 (G) under the name of the victim through the Hyundai Francing, and did not pay the installment amount, thereby taking property benefits worth KRW 29 million.
