1. The Defendant’s loans to the Plaintiff at the Daegu District Court Port Branch on June 14, 2012 (201j1421).

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 2010, the Plaintiff came to know of “C” restaurant proprietor D and thereafter lent KRW 150,000,000 to D several times from that time.

B. Around June 201, when D had failed to repay the loan repayment as described in the above paragraph (a), D stated that “I would like to purchase each forest of this case and sell 150,000,000 won to others and return 150,000 won from the proceeds of the sale of the forest of this case” to the Plaintiff and “I would like to introduce the G of real estate developer.”

G Since the appraisal value of each forest of this case is at least KRW 700,000 per square year, and the purchase price of each forest of this case is at least KRW 360,000,000,000, and the expected sale price is at least KRW 1,60,000,000, and since each of the forest of this case is at least KRW 360,000,000, after purchasing each of the forest of this case, the Plaintiff may sell the forest of this case within 360,000 and make a considerable difference within 3 months. B(G) and D may not obtain a loan due to low credit rating of KRW 210,00,000 among the purchase price of each of the forest of this case. The Plaintiff shall obtain each of the forest of this case under the Plaintiff’s name and shall obtain the loan of KRW 210,000,00 as a collateral, and the Plaintiff shall fully pay the interest on the forest of this case within 3 months.

C. On June 16, 201, the Plaintiff purchased each of the said forests and fields from G and Loan Brokerage Business Operators in KRW 123,00,000,000, from L, as well as H, the Plaintiff purchased each of the said forests and fields in KRW 123,000. The sales contract entered the purchase price in KRW 360,00,000.

The Plaintiff purchased each forest of this case as described in the foregoing paragraph (c), and as a broker of H on the same day, June 2014 from the Defendant to the expiration date of the loan.
