Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2014 Highest 1725] The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.
1. On October 2013, the Defendant issued approximately 0.1g of Mesofts (one philopon; hereinafter “philopon”) to C, one of the flapsing drugs located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon.
2. On November 2013, the Defendant issued F 0.03g of philophonephones located in F in a single-use clock, which was parked in a house near the E Hospital located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Bupyeong-gu, Incheon.
3. On November 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) dumped 0.03g of philophonephones in front of the 115-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon; (b) injected the Defendant’s arms with 0.03g of philophones in front of the light village apartment 924, Nam-gu, Incheon; and (c) injected in the Defendant’s arms.
4. On December 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) put approximately 0.05g of opononononononon to C in beerer G located in Bupyeong-gu Incheon, Incheon; (b) dilution it with beer and deliver it to C; and (c) dump by dilution it with approximately 0.05g of oponon on the spot by inserting it into beer residues.
5. On January 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) put about 0.1g of phiphones into a single-use injection machine at the IMoel located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) injected into the Defendant’s arms blood cells.
6. On January 201, 2014, the Defendant purchased approximately 0.3 grams from J to 200,000,000 won from the alley in the alley line near the 1 subway station in Bupyeong-gu, Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon, and then injected approximately 0.1g of phiphonephone into the alley for a single use at 306, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, and then injected into the Defendant’s arms bloodline.
7. On March 1, 2014, at around 21:00, the Defendant purchased approximately 6g of philopon from J to 2.990,000, from NKa PKaf-ro in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, and around 23:00 on the same day, approximately 0 philopon from the flopon at the flopter line near the runway.
