Defendant
A. Two months of imprisonment with prison labor for each of the crimes described in Section 1-A(A) through 11-years of the sight of the offence committed in Section 1-A(A).
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On June 13, 2014, Defendant A was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years in the period of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Busan District Court Branch Branch of the Incheon District Court for a period of four months, and the judgment became final and conclusive on the 21st of the same month.
A. On May 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased HLW 220 automobile from G to KRW 1,300,000 at a place where it is impossible to identify the place; (b) without registering the transfer in the name of the Defendant; (c) registered as a sold object to “8k,” which is an Internet site; (d) sold the said automobile at KRW 1,90,000 to a person who was unable to know the name at the site of “8k site,” and without registering the transfer in the name of the Defendant’s name at around the port of South-dong, Incheon; and (e) sold the said automobile to a person who was unable to know the name at the site, from Jun. 28, 2013 to Aug. 1, 2015, in the name of the Defendant’s 35 times as shown in the attached Table 1 of the Crimes, from the neighboring street, etc. in the territory of the Southern-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.
B. The Defendant, without registering with the competent authority on May 28, 2013, purchased HLz GLW220 automobiles from G to KRW 1,130,00,000, and registered as sold goods from the Internet company “8k” at a place where the location of light is unknown. On June 2015, 2015, the Defendant, who reported “8k site” on the street in the area near the Namdong-gu Incheon, Namdong-gu, Incheon, was selling the said automatic vehicle to KRW 11,90,00,000,000, from January 16, 2013 to early August 2015, 207, by selling and selling the said automatic vehicle using the aforementioned method as shown in attached Table 1 and 2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 won.
2. Defendant B
A. On December 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the street near the new village market located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City around December 26, 201; and (b) at KRW 6 million from I, JMW car.
