On September 2, 2014, at around 00:22, the Defendant driven B New Franchison vehicles with approximately 00 meters alcohol concentration 0.202% from the section of approximately 200 meters of alcohol content to the road of 106, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon.
