When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 18, 2015, the Defendant driven a BF car under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.067% in the blood alcohol content at approximately 1 k-ro 242, on the roads near the “Megz fire,” located in the Nowon-gu, Nowon-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City).
